Shayr Guthrie has been in the industry for most of her life as an actor, voice talent, and
audiobook narrator. After doing TV work in Los Angeles, she moved to New York and continued
working there. She finally found her home in Atlanta and truly loves it. Shayr has voiced
thousands of VO projects and is super excited to be Co-Chair of the SAG-AFTRA Atlanta Local
Voiceover Committee. She loves finding new ways to celebrate and inspire her fellow voice
actors. Some of her notable national campaigns include Macy’s, Coca-Cola, Ford, Verizon, and
many Political ads. Recent audiobooks include Everybody Is a Liar by Liv Constantine and The
Story of My Anger by Jasminne Mendez.
