Sheila Dougherty leads the voiceover division at Stewart Talent Chicago, the flagship office that propelled the agency’s growth into New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta.

With a theater background and a lifelong career at Stewart, she began as a kids’ on-camera commercial agent while supporting the voiceover department—an area she soon embraced fully as its momentum surged.

With decades of industry experience, Sheila has championed both established talent and rising voiceover artists, helping shape and expand a diverse roster.

She and her team represent voices across commercials, animation, promos, industrials, documentaries, and video games.

To this day, Sheila still delights in hearing one of Stewart’s voices come to life in a spot—proof that her passion for the work remains as strong as ever.
