After studying theatre at London’s Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, she dove into the world of the Alexander Technique—training as a teacher and kicking off a twenty-plus-year adventure helping performers of every kind to keep growing, finding ease and pleasure in their work. As the Alexander Technique Coach for GVAA, Daisy brings the principles of AT alive online with warm, actor-savvy intuition and humour.
