Jennifer Bolla (née Hummel) is the Head of Emerging Talent at Formation Talent Agency (FKA People Store). In addition to leading the Emerging Talent department, Jennifer specializes in character voice over representation. Her clients bring life to iconic animated films, hit television series, video games, and podcasts. Her passion as an agent is to grow the careers of talented actors so they can book their dream roles. Jennifer is dedicated to demystifying the film, television, and voice over industries for her clients, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to navigate the business confidently.

Jennifer holds a BFA in Performing Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design, which gives her a deep understanding of the craft she now supports as an agent. She resides in Duluth, GA with her husband and loves cooking, reading, watching movies and TV, and playing video games in her free time.
