Kristin Paiva spent nearly 19 years at The Walt Disney Company, where she contributed to numerous animated television properties across Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, as well as select Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Pixar projects. Her work spanned both live-action and animation, with credits including Hamster and Gretel, Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe, Mickey Mouse Funhouse, Big Hero 6: The Series, Amphibia (pilot), Muppet Babies (pilot),
Milo Murphy’s Law, The Lion Guard, and many more.

Inspired by her diverse heritage and lived experiences as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and someone with ADHD, Kristin founded Paiva Productions to champion inclusive, authentic storytelling. Through casting, voice directing, and coaching, she channels her nearly two decades of industry experience into creating engaging and representative worlds. Kristin’s mission is to ensure everyone feels seen and heard on screen, informed by her own experiences growing up in an
environment that celebrated individuality and neurodiversity.

At Paiva Productions, Kristin casts for animated series across a range of genres, including kids/family, preschool, adult animation, video games, dubbing, animated features, and commercials. While she has a deep passion for supporting emerging talent, Kristin is a dedicated advocate for talent at every stage of their career, ensuring that each performer has the opportunity to thrive. Her commitment to nurturing talent, combined with her support for the creative visions of storytellers, helps ensure that today’s stories leave a lasting impact on future generations.
