resilient record of achievement in both the private and non-profit sectors. She has solid experience developing corporate strategic partnerships and relationships to promote further

years of experience working with global talent from more than 130 countries, program development, and strategy design towards inclusion and global diversity in the US

She came to the U.S. in 2004 and received an MPA in Non-for-profit Management and Policy at
New York University (NYU). Paula helped launch a national award-winning non-profit
organization that works to integrate fully work-authorized immigrant professionals into the
American workforce. She holds an MS in International Business Management from the University of Bogota JTL and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Colombia.
Paula hosts a podcast called bettervida.net that delivers content for Latin American immigrants
to develop strategies to find jobs back in their professional fields when they arrive in the U.S. In 2017, she created her own consulting firm called True Career Solutions.
